ensure that their service standards are being met. We send shoppers out to
businesses various locations and accumulate and aggregate the results for these
companies with online reporting. We are a market leader in this very interesting
and exploding niche industry.
Our national headquarters is in Golden Valley
Minnesota coordinating business nationwide. A national mystery shopping leader, we have
been in business since 1990. Our growth necessitates adding several associates
to our staff. These positions are full-time with benefits and require working
in our Golden Valley, Minnesota office. These are not tele-commuting positions.

We Mystery Shop: Our company measures customer service performance
for our clients – local and national chains of service-oriented businesses
including restaurants, hotels, grocery stores, auto dealerships, banks, day care
centers, apartments etc. “Mystery
Shops” performed by our hundreds of thousands of mystery shoppers throughout the country
measure Customer service of our clients.
These independent contractor “shoppers” (not employees) visit assigned
client locations to report on the cleanliness and maintenance of the facility, the
timeliness of the service, and the courtesy of the staff. The items we evaluate
vary from client to client, depending on their goals. Our business is primarily conducted over the Internet.
Our Office Facilitates the Mystery Shopping: This nationwide activity is coordinated from our Golden
Valley, Minnesota office. We don't do actual mystery shopping from this
office. We do everything else necessary for it to occur. We arrange mystery shopping programs with our
clients. We recruit, train and assign our independent contract shoppers. We
review submitted audits and submit them to our clients. We develop all the
internet tools we need to effectively and efficiently perform all these
activities. With our growth, we currently have new full time positions
in our office to help perform these tasks. These are excellent positions for new
college graduates, individuals looking to move up from entry level

Position #1: Customer
Service
Customer Service position involves:

| These employees match shoppers
with available assignments and following up to make sure they complete
them. This position involves all aspects of getting the mystery
shopping completed, including contacting shoppers, alerting them to
shopping opportunities, explaining the assignment and answering basic
questions about the assignment, following up with the shoppers to make
sure they complete their assignments, etc. While most work is completed
using email and our information forms on the Internet (our process
begins with shoppers going online to schedule shopping assignments),
much phone work is involved. Good computer and phone skills are a must.
Each day presents new challenges and new deadlines, so candidates must
be organized and self-motivated. The position starts at $10 an hour with
benefits and quickly moves to $12 an hour as the employee demonstrates

for reviewing the completed reports submitted by our shoppers. Reports
are reviewed for completeness, accuracy and timeliness. They are
forwarded to our clients once they have been reviewed by our editors.
Shoppers may need to be contacted via phone or email if an incomplete
report is submitted. Feedback is provided to shoppers to let them know
how they did on an assignment and what they can do to improve their
future reports. This position involves additional services for our
clients including the completion of month end summary reports and
answering questions clients may have about their reports. Since most
work is completed using the Internet, good computer skills are
essential. Candidates must have strong writing, spelling, grammar,
organizational, communication and verbal skills. The position starts at

Application Developer NO

| The primary requirement for this position as a web
applications developer is strong skills in Interactive HTML (forms),
JavaScript, Perl, Relational Databases (MS SQL Server in particular),
XML. VBScript knowledge a plus. Requires Bachelor of Science/Arts in Computer
Science/Engineering or similar self-directed study. As a small company
with a small technical team, the individual also needs a background and interest
in the hardware and networking of computers
with proficiency in both the Windows Server and Unix Server
environments, and technical support and troubleshooting skills. This
position is expected to be approximately 75% coding and 25% the other
